Also, I hope you’re wrong about this becoming a war zone, but as I said, I think you’re right and so the quality of the postings here is likely to start degenerating. I’ve noticed it a bit already. That’s a shame, this has become a great place to let your mind chew over the RE news, and while the bubble proponents dominate, the discussion has remained lively and civil more the most part.

Monmouth and Ocean counties are seeing similar declines though OC seems a bit more volatile. I’ll try to remember to post the numbers tomorrow when I’m in the office.

Funny SAS, I was starting to notice more wackos here and at Calculated Risk, but I didn’t think of it as a defensive stand. I think you’re right though, the true believers have to step up and try to defend their beliefs, or at least find someone else to blame for their being wrong.
