    Mr. Bednar, thanks again for a great website and all the good information you provide.

    I just have one question to the above inventory update: Does the total numbers include homes that have not yet received a Certificate of Occupancy?

    Inventory numbers include only MLS listed properties. There are a handful of listed properties that are under construction, so I assume that they have not yet received a CO. New construction for sale by builder (not listed) are not included, nor are FSBO, etc.
