I'm not sure I would even respond to a low ball offer that has a 24 hour deadline. If I were making an offer, I would propably let the selling agent know that I have two houses to consider so I need an answer quickly. If I were selling, I probably I would respond to a serious offer right away just so that the decision is made. But if someone wants to hold a gun to my head, I'd probably be a bit of a pr1ck.
