A real estate company has released its projections for the hottest United States housing markets in 2026.

“Next year will mark the beginning of a long, slow recovery for the housing market,” Redfin said in the report.

According to Redfin’s report, the hottest housing markets next year are expected to be:

  • New York City suburbs: Long Island, Hudson Valley, Northern New Jersey and Fairfield County, Connecticut

    Dark Phoenix,
Reference your teeth comment, I went to a McDonalds in Ireland when I was there in September. An older lady who worked there had absolutely terrible teeth. I don’t know why they had her interacting with the public.

Older? Well, can be lots of reasons, starting with childhood. Or maybe not.

But here in America are tons and tons of turds with enough funds to help children.

But then again, I have spent countless hours working to help people, tons of money, resources, and skill, just to give someone a few years to live, then you read a story with Italians paying extra to kill children in Bosnia for sport.

All men are created equal? That line of bull shite America wrote?
Go track a Go-Fund-Me some time.

Saw one recently, high profile coach dies in freak accident. You are of that status, you can bet he had good life insurance, good salary, plenty of connections and friends. Over 500k donated to his family.

Someone else, dad poor, only breadwinner, 6k donated.

When WTC fell, those who made the most, who already had the most, got the most. Their kids got enough to be considered NEPO babies.

Some lower level worker there, how do you think their kid made out? Lost the only breadwinner, but got the least amount of money. No house to sell, no money for college, but hey, a pittance to pay for a funeral and an overpriced casket, hey, funeral homes gotta make money.

All men are not created equal. Not in America. Nor is it “with liberty, and justice, for all.”

That statement is the ultimate gaslighting document.

    Making America Great Again:

David Garza sometimes feels as if he doesn’t have health insurance now that he pays so much to treat his Type 2 diabetes.

His monthly premium payment of $435 for family coverage is roughly the same as the insurance at his previous job. But the policy at his current job carries an annual deductible of $4,000, which he must pay out-of-pocket for his family’s care until he reaches that amount each year.

“Now everything is full price,” said the 53-year-old, who works at a warehouse just south of Dallas-Fort Worth. “That’s been a little bit of a struggle.”

To reduce his costs, Garza switched to a lower-cost diabetes medication, and he no longer wears a continuous glucose monitor to check his blood sugar. Since he started his job nearly two years ago, he said, his blood sugar levels have inched upward from an A1c of 7 percent or less, the target goal, to as high as 14 percent at his most recent doctor visit in November.

“My A1c is through the roof because I’m not on, technically, the right medication like before,” Garza said. “I’m having to take something that I can afford.”

One women kicks the other in the face. What a kind and gentle gender.

You trusted her to be your kids godmother, then the soulless creature calls ICE on you.

In an interview, Bruna Ferreira, who chose the White House press secretary as her son’s godmother, contested the portrayal of her as a criminal, absentee mom.

  6. grim says:

Was there ever any question that this specific ice arrest was completely intentional?

I laughed when I saw the first press coverage on this, which positioned it as some sort of “ice backfiring” or that she was unintentionally caught up in an ice sweep.

No no no no, this was ALWAYS Karoline calling in a favor from the Gestapo to help solve her brother’s custody problem.

  7. grim says:

If you ever wondered how dollar stores stayed in business. This also is not an accident, and is specifically intentional.

Dark: For me having dual citizenship is a cultural and heritage matter. It’s also nice to have the passport for travel in Europe. My kids too. I never have to worry about the other country getting into war with the USA, it will never happen. And, if by some wild chance it ever did, my allegiance is to the USA the land of my birth. My Father when he came to this country was drafted 8 months after his arrival. He was a legal resident alien so he could be drafted, but since he was not a citizen he could go home. He chose to stay, there was nothing to go home to, and he was proud to serve his new country that needed him. Maybe we should have that today serve in the military and then get your citizenship. But, of course there would be howls of racism. As for your comment about America should be first, well I agree, but the many on the Democratic side say that it is racist to put your own country ahead of another country. Totally irrational thought process, but that’s how they think.

No One: So typical clueless wealthy young people screaming about socialism. In other news, Mamdani said he will stop the clearing out of homeless encampments/ tent cities, that the Adams administration was doing. Realtors voice concerns about this.

Got it. Makes sense. Thank you for clarifying.

  11. Dark Phoenix says:

Why follow a law when there is no disincentive to do so? That’s crazy talk.

The January 2023 inspection produced the store’s fourth consecutive failure, and Coffield’s agency, the state department of agriculture & consumer services, had fined Family Dollar after two previous visits. But North Carolina law caps penalties at $5,000 per inspection, offering retailers little incentive to fix the problem. “Sometimes it is cheaper to pay the fines,” said Chad Parker, who runs the agency’s weights-and-measures program.

A family of used car dealers. Brother works in the family business. Been trying to push the mother out for years.

Oh he make 1M playing fantasy football. How much u gotta gamble to to that, is that like winning the lottery?

In another example of what a joke of a government/ system we have right now, Trump last week pardons Henry Cuellar a former Democrat Convicted who along with his wife Imelda was indicted for bribery. Trump claims he was unfairly targeted by the Biden administration because of his immigration stance, so Trump pardons him. Cuellar turns around and announces he will be running for reelection next year to Congress as a Democrat!! Trump is furious, and claims total lack of loyalty, and says no more Mr nice guy. You can’t make this stuff up.

  15. Chad Powers says:

    3b,
For myself dual citizenship is a practical matter. I no longer have to worry about renewing a residency permit anymore. It also makes travel much easier because a German passport has more visa free or visa on arrival options than a US passport. Traveling as a US citizen is also a bit more dangerous in my opinion due to foreign animus towards the current US administration. As a NATO member Germany and the US are allies. Being a resident of Germany I would of course serve in some capacity during a national emergency if asked.

  16. 3b says:

Chad: The left says the USA is an abomination, and nothing to be thankful for. They are wrong of course, there is much to be thankful for. That said our political system is rotten and needs to change. The 2 party system of corrupt incompetent, inexperienced, brain dead politicians is destroying the country from top to bottom.

  17. 3b says:

Chad: Understood. And for you it’s different as you actually live in Germany. We own property in Ireland and may build a house and spend some time there, but have not made a decision one way or the other at this point.Friends of mine one born in Ireland came here as a child in the 70s, spouse born here. Just retired there permanently. They have no intention of coming back. I couldn’t do that , but some do.

  18. Dark Phoenix says:

Cuellar turns around and announces he will be running for reelection next year to Congress as a Democrat.

Is this just a case to try and get your foot in the door?

It doesn’t matter what you “run” for, it’s what you vote on once you are in.

Wasn’t Tulsi a Democrap, and then went full tilt Repuke?

  19. Chad Powers says:

    3b,
The USA is in my humble opinion the greatest country in the world. When Americans work together there is little that can’t be accomplished. I‘m just here in Germany trying to make some money like millions of other Americans living overseas. The US political system is totally broken. The two party system supports the two party system. Note that when Trump was first elected he was attacked by members of both parties because he didn’t play by the established rules. But today there are dark forces attempting to destroy the country from within.

My vote for post of the day.

  21. 3b says:

Dark: I think it’s ironic that with Cuellar he was indicted under the Democratic Biden administration, gets pardoned by the Republican Trump, and turns around and announces his reelection bid as a Democratic. Like I said ironic, not to mention ballsy , indicted on bribery charges, and running for reelection to help the little guy. Like I said it’s broken.

  22. 3b says:

Chad: Yes , the USA is, in spite of its faults and we have more than a few. But, we have done much good in the world too. Contrary to what all those miserable unhappy radical leftists believe. It was Obama who started with the USA ain’t so great lectures. Another empty suit, and I did vote for him first time around, as I fell for the hope and change BS. I don’t know when our decline started. Different people have different views, but I think it really accelerated with young Bush, and rapidly continues today.

The grimacing teacher was exposed on November 14, after the student showed an art teacher bruises and bite marks she said came from him, according to the affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail.

Leftists for decades: the government needs a central bank and fiat money to make sure there’s inflation.

  28. Chad Powers says:

    Dark Phoenix,
There are some things here which are just so German. There is no probable cause. You can be stopped by the police for any reason or no reason at all. There is no police brutality. If they feel threatened they can use their little vibrating wand on your head. If requested by the police you have to identify yourself. There is no law to have your ID on you, but from a practical point you need to carry it on you in case you need to identify yourself. Hence, „Your papers please!“.
