The forecast includes three New Jersey towns with declines of over 2%. Pedricktown, a ZIP code in Salem County, is expected to see the largest dip at 2.3%.
Just 41 New Jersey towns are expected to see an increase in home values.

Colbert was extremely witty and funny, right up until he got the Late Show. The faux conservative thing was great, but then he retired that character and began a new chapter as an editorializing talk show host. Why? I don’t know.
So I really kind of tuned out. However and out of town friend of mine would consistently obtain tickets to tapings of the show. Having seen Letterman live three times, I was appalled by Colbert’s production. Everything about the show was artificial and over engineered. Those pithy little monologues and rants? None of it was impromptu or even contemporaneous. It was literally scripted down to the word. And we needed to sit through take after take until he got it all out without a mistake. It was just sour anti-entertainment. No creative spark. No passion. Just a bloodless exercise in rehearsed ranting. So disappointing, but worse, utterly tedious to sit through.
It is pure hubris to act as if he is important enough to be fired for politics. He lost money, and he was a willfully problem employee.
For those 200 people losing their jobs, obviously it wasn’t important enough for him to figure out how to behave properly. Instead, it was all about him and screw everyone else. It’s amazing that he can sit there and act like he’s the victim when he’s made all this money, meanwhile all the other people are going to be suffering

As a sometime lurker and an even less frequent poster, it is sad to see how this blog has degenerated. I used to get valuable opinions on NJ real estate and the economy. Although that does still occur here, this blog is now inundated by cheap political attacks and juvenile name calling. My suggest to Grim is to start moderating content and banning users. Move the nonsense to X or Reddit.
