Home-building stocks aching
To the readers that might look at these weekly increases and shrug them off as minor changes, a 1.5% increase per week over an entire year is well over a 100% annual increase.

how are you gathering data?
i have been tracking GSMLS for 3 years now and the past month they stopped posting new inventory #’s
btw it rose very rapidly since labor day
i also noticed a home in long hill was reduced from 419k a month ago to 375k yesterday
home equity loans
