Looking good…
Here’s a real sad story in South Orange:
MLS#: 2105705
LP: $459,000
OLP: $549,000
SP: $440,000
DOM: 179
They seller had put in new hardwood floors, finished the basement too. Only problem was when you were in the dinning room the sump pump from the basement was so LOUD you couldn’t hear yourself think. Did I mention it backs up to train track?

Did it come with a boat? When it rains hard, that are floods like a river. It’s amazing that people don’t know what they are buying, but better them than me.

Warren is a nice town — nice houses with good sized lots (easy to find an acre).
The only downside, is the lack of a train line into NYC.
as a buyer how can one tell if a house is relisted? will an agent give that info?
“as a buyer how can one tell if a house is relisted?”
You can’t without access to MLS as far as I know.
“will an agent give that info?”
Yes.
What’s happaning in the Parsippany/Troy hill area?
MLS #: 2261671 is just listed for $809K. Last year, in the same development the price was around $675K.
Just ignore asking prices. That’s one of the main things I’ve been trying to get everyone here to understand. It’s exactly that, “asking.”
Selling, is a different matter entirely.
