Looking good!
Unrealtor-
could you give some thoughts on Parsippany? I’m a transplant to the area and don’t know anything about that town…
JM
Sorry, I’m not that familiar with the area, but here’s what I do know:
* Excellent access to major highways
* Lots of corporations based right in the area (no NYC commute needed)
It would be nice to know what was activity in Last year March in Parsippany. That will just confirm the fact that more people are reducing prices this year.
Sorry SG, there is just not enough time in my day to be able to do any kind of proper year over year comparison at a town level.
My wife tells me I spend too much time blogging and doing research. I can take the hint.
My opinion? We really didn’t see anywhere near this level of reduction activity last year. Sure, people have been testing the waters with super high listing prices for a few years now. But the trend is a bit different now.. DOM and inventory are both increasing at a very brisk pace. Sales volumes have been down each month since October.
Time will tell if this ‘spring’ is any different.

I work in Parsippany and unrealtor is correct…
CLOSE TO MAJOR HIGHWAYS
MANY CORPORATIONS BASED RIGHT IN THE AREA
I am by the Morris Corp Ctrs 1 & 2, which has over 520,000 sf of office space.. beautiful area!!
I have driven around the area during my lunchtime and found it to be a nice town.. schools are good (from what I have heard).
Hope this helps a little :)
Grim,
Thanks for answering on MLS #: 2261671 on other thread.

As long as “A BUYER” is willing to pay the asking price, I don’t see price will go down. Let see what happened with this house..
Grim,
Could you please post data about Edion
Thanks,
KBR
This one was sold in 2004 in the same development and on the same street as MLS#2261671.

Could you do Mount Olive Township? Interested to see how the housing market it doing there, considering the soap opera going on with the Mayor and Council.
Thanks,
