grim….what’s the significance of Pequannock? Do you live there or are interested in that area? A realtor once told me it is a high flood zone.

I live in Pequannock. There is a section of town that is prone to flooding, just as their is in Wayne, Lincoln Park, Fairfield, etc..
The whole town does not flood, you can easily tell which sections of town are prone to flooding just by looking at the homes. If you see a raised home (first floor all blocks) you can pretty much bet its a flood area.
