See http:\westchesterny.blogspot.com for Westchester NY observations.
like a hot air balloon, inventory will continue to climb unabated. it will be curious to watch what level triggers what amount of price declines. we’re about to see!
Is there a way we can get YTD inventory for each listing service?
Does anyone know when and how much record levels of inventory occurred to compare vs today levels?
DO NOT BID on a house!
Then they use that Bid as a tool to push a fool into paying a ridiculous price.
So lets say a house is going for $500,000.
You make a so called low ball bid, which we know really isn’t but they don’t change the ripoff listing price.
What they will do now is tell some fool that may be interested that they have a bid already eventhough it maybe 25% less.this could influence the FOOL to sign up for monthly slave payments.
DO NOT PUT OUT ANY BIDS until they lower their RIPOFF LISTING PRICE 20%!
Another ponzi realtor SCHEME.

There is a community near my house which has 5 for sale signs hanging outside. However i see only 3 houses for sale on realtor.com. None of the houses are FSBO. Where are the other two houses listed?
Maybe didn’t make it yet to the MLS? New?
Or maybe exclusive?
Check under the WebSite for the agent named on the sign.
This is weird. In my zip, we’ve had past significant reductions in homes priced above median.
But this week, I’m seeing $25K drops in median to lower priced homes.
It’s across the board, too, little local agencies-not just the large real estate agents.
Why this week?
