I’m going to be away from the blog starting from this Saturday, December 10th until the following Saturday, December 12th. Apologies in advance to all my regular readers. In my absense I’ve invited two guest bloggers to report on the Northern NJ Real Estate Bubble. The first is ‘Richie’, a Northern NJ resident and regular blog contributor. The second guest blogger will be ‘Little Silvered’ of the NJ Shore Bubble Blog (shorebubble.blogspot.com).
I promise to try to make an attempt to stop in during that time, but I’m not sure that I’ll have reliable internet connectivity during that time.

But before I go!
Oil Rises, Natural Gas Surges to Record as Cold Boosts Demand
Thought the worst was over from the hurricanes? Not quite.
Natural gas for January delivery jumped $1.294, or 9.5 percent, to close at a record $14.994 per million British thermal units in New York. Futures touched $15.10, an all-time intraday high. Prices have more than doubled in the past year.
Heating bills sure are going to hurt this winter..

James — have a nice vacation (I presume thats what this is).
Enjoy your time off. Don’t worry about us bloggers, we’ll still be blogging when you come back.
Yes, I’m going on vacation. Just in time for the snow, my only regrets are not being able to leave before the snow, but having to wait until after.
I’ll have a drink or two on the beach for you all!
