    Random thoughts on North Jersey real estate…Price appreciation has stalled in our area except for the most desired price ranges in the most desired zip codes. All other areas are experiencing stagnant to slowly leaking prices. Luxury market is only holding up in the areas with top schools and short/easy NYC commute.

    We are now in a “normal” market. I expect current or similar stable conditions to prevail for the foreseeable future. Real estate is just not as sexy as it used to be. This is a good thing.
